Are your T-shirts unisex?

Yes, most of our T-shirts are unisex unless otherwise mentioned in the product description.

Howdo I choose the right size?

Please refer to the size chart on each product page. If you're between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one for a comfortable fit.

Are your T-shirts pre-shrunk?

Yes, our T-shirts are made with pre-shrunk cotton blends. However, slight shrinkage (3–5%) may still occur.

Shipping& Delivery

How long will it take to ship my order?

We usually dispatch orders within 2–3 working days. In rare cases, it may
take up to 4–5 days if there's any printing or quality check delay.

When will I receive my delivery?

Once shipped, your order should reach you in 4–7 business days, depending on your location in India.

Do I need to pay for shipping?

No! Shipping is completely free for both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, COD is available in most places in India. If it’s not available in your area,
you’ll be asked to pay online during checkout.

Do you deliver outside India?

Currently, we ship only within India.

How can I track my order?

After shipping, we’ll send you a tracking link via email or SMS. Just click
the link to check your order status and delivery updates.

I received a wrong or damaged product. What should I do?

If there’s any issue with your delivery (like a damaged or wrong item), please contact us within 2 days of receiving the order.

Return, Refund & Exchanges

How many days I have to return or exchange a product?

You can return or exchange the product within 5 days after it is delivered to you.

In which cases I can return or exchange?

We accept return or exchange only if:

  • You got a wrong item
  • You got a damaged, defective, or misprinted product
  • You got wrong size because of our mistake

When return or exchange is not possible?

We cannot accept return/exchange if:

  • You changed your mind
  • You don’t like the design
  • You ordered the wrong size yourself

What condition product must be in for return?

Make sure that:

  • Product is not used or washed
  • Product is in original packaging
  • No stains or smell on the product
  • You have a proper unboxing video

How to return the product?

  • We will try to do reverse pickup from your home (₹100 fee will be taken from refund)
  • Courier person will try 3 times
  • If pickup is not done, you have to send it yourself (self-ship)

What is return address if Iself-ship?

If you send courier receipt within 48 hours, we will give ₹100 back.

Can I get a different size by exchange?

Yes, only one time exchange is allowed.
Only for same product and size issue.
We will send new item after we check the returned one (2–3 days).

When will I get my refund?

We start refund in 48 hours after return is approved.

Can I cancel my order after placing?

Yes, but only before we start printing or shipping.
After that, order cannot be cancelled.

Is unboxing video necessary?

Yes. Unboxing video is must for refund or replacement. Without video, we cannot help.

Can I return underwear or similar items?

No. We do not accept return of items like innerwear for hygiene reasons.

What if my order shows delivered but I didn’t get it?

Please inform us within 24 hours, otherwise we can’t complain to courier company.
