Welcome to Trendjee.com. By using this website, placing an order, or interacting with any services provided by Trendjee, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our website.
1. Company Overview
Trendjee is a story-driven print-on-demand (POD) apparel brand offering T-shirts and related merchandise to customers in India. Our products are manufactured and fulfilled by our third-party partner, Qikink, and our store is powered by Shopify.
2. Products & Services
We offer T-shirts that are printed only after you place an order. These are not mass-produced or pre-stocked. All designs are original and tailored for specific niches like pet lovers, bikers, travelers, music lovers, and more.
As our products are custom-made:
- Minor color variation may occur due to screen display and DTG print limitations
- Orders once placed cannot be edited or modified after production starts
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Accepted payment methods:
- Razorpay (for UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking)
- Cash on Delivery (COD), where available
We reserve the right to change product pricing or discontinue items at any time without prior notice.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days
- Delivery may take an additional 3–7 working days, depending on location
- Tracking details will be provided once the order is shipped
- We rely on third-party logistics (via Qikink) and cannot be held liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances
5. Return, Refund & Exchange
Return and refund policies are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. You may only return products under the following conditions:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged or misprinted product
- Size mismatch due to labeling error
All other cases, including size ordered wrongly by the customer, are not eligible for return.

6. Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before printing begins
- Once dispatched or printed, orders cannot be cancelled or modified
- Trendjee reserves the right to cancel any order due to suspicious activity, out-of-stock items, or system error
7. Account Responsibility
If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Any activity under your account is your sole responsibility.
8. Intellectual Property
All content including logos, designs, images, mockups, and text is the property of Trendjee or its licensors and protected by Indian copyright and trademark laws.
You may not:
- Reproduce, copy or exploit our content
- Use our designs for resale or reproduction
- Claim ownership of any design or product photo from our site
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the website:
- For illegal or unauthorized purposes
- To harm, abuse, or harass other individuals
- To upload viruses or malicious code
- To extract or scrape data from our site
- To impersonate Trendjee or its team
Violating these restrictions may result in termination of your access and legal action.
10. Limitation of Liability
Trendjee shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential damages
- Delays or delivery issues caused by third-party shipping partners
- Errors in user-entered information (e.g., address or size)
- Color mismatch between digital screen and printed item
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the “Effective Date” mentioned above. Continued use of our site constitutes your acceptance of any updated Terms.
