Return and Refund / Exchange Policy

At Trendjee, we take pride in creating high-quality, story-based custom T-shirts, printed on demand just for you. While we ensure quality control, certain issues may arise during transit or production. Here's our transparent and customer-friendly return, exchange, and refund policy.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days from the date of delivery, but only in the following cases:
- Incorrect product delivered
- Product received in damaged, defective, or misprinted condition
- Size mismatch due to labeling error (not due to wrong size ordered)
⚠️ We do NOT accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of design, or incorrect size ordered by the customer. Please refer to our size chart before ordering.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return/exchange:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Product must be free from stains, perfume, or signs of wear
- All original tags must be intact
- A valid unboxing video is required for all claims (as per Qikink’s policy)
If the item fails quality check upon return, no refund/exchange will be issued.
Reverse Pickup & Self-shipping
- Reverse pickup is available for most pin codes. A flat ₹100 charge will be deducted per return/exchange order.
- Our courier partner will attempt pickup up to 3 times.
- If unsuccessful, you must self-ship the item to our return address.

Mention your Order ID & Registered Mobile Number on the package
Courier cost (up to Rs.100) will be reimbursed upon submission of courier receipt within 48 hours of dispatch.
Exchange Policy
- One-time exchange per order only
- Applicable for size issues only (same product, different size)
- Replacement dispatched after return product passes quality check (within 2–3 business days)

- Refunds are initiated within 48 hours after successful quality check

Refunds may appear with a delay due to bank/UPI processing time.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they enter production.
- Once an order is printed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
If an order is marked “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, notify us within 24 hours.
Important Notes
- No refund for wrong size selection by customer (use our size chart carefully)
- Minor colour variation due to screen difference is not considered a defect
- Refund/replacement not possible without unboxing video and package photos
Children’s Items & Hygiene Clause
We do not accept returns on innerwear or any hygiene-sensitive products (if ever applicable in the future).
