At Trendjee, we are committed to delivering your favourite story-driven T-shirts right to your doorstep, quickly and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing and delivery timelines, as well as your rights and responsibilities as a customer.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are fulfilled by our trusted partner Qikink.
  • Once an order is placed, it goes through automated processing: inventory check, printing, quality control, packaging, and dispatch.
  • 90% of orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days. However, in rare cases involving design/print/quality delays, it may take up to 4–5 working days.
  • Our business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Time & Delivery

  • We currently ship only within India.
  • Once shipped, orders typically reach your address within 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Shipping is completely free for all prepaid and COD orders.
  • Customers receive order status updates and tracking links via Shopify email or SMS notification.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for most pin codes across India.
  • In rare cases where COD is unavailable in your region, you will be prompted to pay online via Razorpay during checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a unique tracking link via email or SMS.
  • You can track your order's live status and expected delivery date through this link.

Delivery Issues & Complaints

  • We rely on third-party courier partners for delivery.
  • In case of any delivery-related issues (e.g., damaged package, missing item, incorrect delivery), you must inform us within 2 days of the delivery date.
  • Beyond this window, courier companies may not be able to investigate, and we may not be able to assist further.
